ORDER: Within the G.O. 4th learn above, the Authorities of Andhra Pradesh has enhanced aid to registered constructing & different development employees who met with an accident both within the work place or wherever else leading to whole everlasting incapacity / partial everlasting incapacity to Rs.2,00,000/-.

(i) The Scheme is relevant to the registered constructing and different development employee as a beneficiary with the Board.

(ii) Aid as much as Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) shall be paid to the registered constructing & different development employee sustaining accidents attributable to an accident occurring both in work place or wherever else leading to whole everlasting incapacity / partial everlasting incapacity. (v) The registered employee shall submit prescribed utility type to the involved officer together with Incapacity Certificates issued by the Competent Authority, FIR if the case is registered with the police and every other related paperwork in assist of their declare.
