ORDER: Within the G.O. 4th learn above, the Authorities of Andhra Pradesh has enhanced aid to registered constructing & different development employees who met with an accident both within the work place or wherever else leading to whole everlasting incapacity / partial everlasting incapacity to Rs.2,00,000/-.

Within the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Labour, Telangana, Hyderabad and after cautious examination of the proposal, Authorities hereby order to boost the prevailing quantity from Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs solely) to Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs solely) in the direction of aid to registered constructing & different development employees who met with an accident both within the work place or wherever else leading to whole everlasting incapacity / partial everlasting incapacity by way of sub Rule (L) of Rule-33 of the Andhra Pradesh Constructing and Different Building Staff (RE&CS) Guidelines, 1999 learn with part 22 of the Constructing & Different Building Staff (RE&CS) Act, 1996, with the next pointers w.e.f. 01.05.2015:

(i) The Scheme is relevant to the registered constructing and different development employee as a beneficiary with the Board.

(ii) Aid as much as Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) shall be paid to the registered constructing & different development employee sustaining accidents attributable to an accident occurring both in work place or wherever else leading to whole everlasting incapacity / partial everlasting incapacity. The extent of the incapacity aid shall be determined as per process laid down beneath the Staff’ Compensation Act, 1923.

(iii) The improved quantity beneath the incapacity aid is relevant solely to the accident taken place on or after 01.05.2015.

(iv) Aid beneath this scheme is along with different aid / compensation that the employee could also be entitled to beneath every other Scheme.

(v) The registered employee shall submit prescribed utility type to the involved officer together with Incapacity Certificates issued by the Competent Authority, FIR if the case is registered with the police and every other related paperwork in assist of their declare.

(vi) The Deputy Commissioner of Labour involved shall get hold of enquiry report from Assistant Labour Officers involved and place earlier than the District Scrutiny Committee for its scrutiny.
