AMENDMENT 2. At para 3 (ii) of G.O.Ms.No.137, Schooling (PE-Library) Division, dated. 15.12.2009, instead of “after 15.04.1987 and previous to 22.09.2003”, the phrases “on and after 15.04.1987” can be substituted, topic to the next circumstances:

ORDER: Within the reference third learn above, the Director of Public Libraries, A.P.
